The projects of the artistic group Chim↑Pom are often perceived as being activists. Chim↑Pom has installed "Level 7" as a supplement to the famous 60s-era painting by Taro Okamoto at the subway station Shibuya (Tokyo). "Level 7" refers to the meltdown of the nuclear power plant in Fukushima.
